SmartPLS - Update on the Coronavirus

First of all we hope you and your families are healthy! Our thoughts are with you and we are doing everything we can to support you in the best possible way.

We are currently working from our home office so that we can continue with normal operations while we try to do our best to help fight Covid-19. We will try to answer all questions about SmartPLS and the ordering process as soon as possible. 

We understand that some of you are currently in a very tight financial situation or have limited access to SmartPLS due to closed schools and universities. Therefore, we would like to offer a payment postponement to those who currently wish to purchase a SmartPLS license but are not able to pay at the moment. The simple procedure is as follows:
 

  • Order SmartPLS as usual through our website or email your purchase order
  • Send a short message to sales@smartpls.com to let us know that you want to postpone the payment
  • We will then send the license key as soon as possible
  • Take your time and pay the invoice up to 3 months later
